Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of electrically operated Hot Water Generator of efficiency more than 90% of given capacity in multiple bank complete with PLC based microprocessor controls, electrical panels, stainless steel braided pipe flexible connector etc. confirming to tender specifications section. The pressure Vessel shall be constructed as per ASME standards and insulated on all sides with 2 layers of 50 mm thick fiberglass of density 32 kg/cum & K value as per ECBC standards with 28 gauge Aluminium cladding as per specifications. The hot water generator shall be equipped with all automatic and safety controls such as manual reset, high temperature water outlet,microprocessor based step controller with thermistor sensor to control HWG in stages and recycling relay, on/off switch type thermostat, pilot light, low water cut off and other controls as per manufacturers recommendations. All basic controls and terminals shall be located in an integral control cabinet factory wired and tested. The hot water generator shall be suitable for 415±10%volts/50 cycles,3phase power supply. The entire hot water generator shall be factory assembled and tested. It should be BMS compatible with RS-485 communication port.
Cost for Suitable PCC/RCC foundation ( PCC foundation in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate 30 cm above floor level including making connection of inlet & outlet with fittings including nut, bolts, packing etc.) with plaster, Anti vibration arrangement of cushy foot mountings is deemed to be included in this item cost.
